These terms outline how we provide ClinicDiary and what you can expect from us. By using ClinicDiary you agree to these terms.
Using ClinicDiary
- You need an account and must keep credentials secure; enable 2FA where available.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
- You will comply with applicable laws and patient confidentiality obligations.
Data ownership
Your practice owns its data. We process it to deliver the service and as needed for security, backups, and legal compliance.
Availability & support
- We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as is" basis.
- Support is available via WhatsApp and email during business hours.
Payments
- Billing is month-to-month; fees are payable in advance.
- Prices may change with notice; continued use after notice accepts the new price.
- You may cancel anytime; access ends at the close of the paid period.
Prohibited uses
No unlawful, abusive, or security-compromising activity. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicDiary is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
