ClinicDiary operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

- Unused portions of a billing period
- Account cancellations mid-cycle

When you make a payment, you are purchasing access to ClinicDiary for the upcoming billing period. Your subscription provides:

- Guaranteed Service: Your account remains fully functional until the end of your billing cycle.

Cancellation and Access
If you choose to cancel your subscription:
- You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
- You will retain full access to ClinicDiary until the end of your paid period.
- Your account will be deactivated when the next payment would have been due.
- No further charges will be made once you have cancelled.
