How Cancellation Works

When you cancel your subscription:

  1. Immediate Effect: Your cancellation request is processed immediately upon confirmation.
  2. Continued Access: You retain full access to ClinicDiary for the remainder of your current billing period.
  3. No Refund: In accordance with our Refund Policy, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
  4. Account Deactivation: At the end of your paid period, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the system.
  5. No Further Charges: Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken from your account.

Example Timeline

Scenario: You subscribe on the 1st of the month and pay R149.

Cancellation: On the 15th, you decide to cancel.

Access: You continue to have full access until the end of the month (the 30th/31st).

Result: No refund is issued, but you enjoy the remaining two weeks of service. Your account is deactivated on the 1st of the following month.
